These Terms of Service apply to use of the ALTTRADE Distribution Ltd website and to trade enquiries and orders unless separate written terms are agreed for a specific transaction.
Trade customers
Our website is focused on business and trade buyers. We may request business information before confirming trade pricing, account facilities or an order.
Product information and availability
We aim to keep product information accurate, but packaging, specifications, availability and other details may change. Stock and final order details are confirmed at quotation or order stage.
Pricing and tax
Prices shown or quoted are subject to confirmation. Applicable VAT, delivery charges and other agreed charges will be shown on the relevant quotation, invoice or checkout information.
Orders
An enquiry or submitted order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. Acceptance occurs when we confirm the order or otherwise communicate acceptance. We may decline or amend an order where stock, pricing, delivery or account information requires correction.
Delivery
Delivery arrangements are subject to order size, weight, destination and route availability. Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Delivery Information page.
Returns and issues
Please inspect goods promptly and contact us if a delivery is damaged, short or incorrect. Returns, credits and replacements are handled under our Returns & Refund Policy and any terms agreed for the order.
Website use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use content in a way that infringes intellectual property or other rights.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. To the extent permitted by law, ALTTRADE Distribution Ltd is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or a trade transaction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
